Chocolate Avocado Shake
Sometimes you just really want to have something decadent and sweet (for me, it can be daily) :)...here's a new smoothie recipe that was absolutely delicious. The avocado makes it very creamy and you will feel like you're having an actual shake!! Enjoy! Chocolate Avocado Shake
1 c coconut water (or 1/2 c nut milk and 1/2 c filtered water)
1/4 avocado
1/4 c raw cocoa powder
3 tablespoons protein powder
1/2 banana
1-2 dates (for added sweetness)
4 ice cubes
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
Blend well, and delight in the taste!
