Healthy Habits 10 Day Challenge

Wanna join me for 10 days of adding healthy habits to your life?

Taking good care of yourself can be done in simple ways without too much fuss. Over the next 10 days I'm going to be showing you easy ways to add Healthy Habits to your day.  I'd love for you to do each tip for at least 1 day, but in all honesty, what I really wish for is that by the end you'll be sticking to them all and these will be no-brainers, just like brushing your teeth!

Each day I will be posting a new video-- the idea is to apply what you've learned, then check back the next day to add the next healthy habit on top of the one you just tried. If you can't do it every single day, that's ok...just come back to it when you can and simply layer on the next new healthy tip!

And, just because it's summer, you don't have to wait. I know there's vacations, and backyard parties calling to you, but it’s beautiful and warm and we’re all full of the sun’s energy and we can find incredible, seasonal, fresh food, so even though you may be thinking “Hey Steph, no thanks…I’m in vacation mode and I’m not wanting to do any kind of ‘program’ and feel deprived right now”…think again!  It doesn't have to be all or nothing: you can just do simple things for yourself that keep you feeling good, strong and healthy.
