Find your Flow with BarreFusion

It's dynamic, challenging, and FUN!

BarreFusion is a full-body workout that focuses on precise movements to tone and strengthen muscles, followed by stretching to make muscles lean and long. This high-energy class is an engaging, vigorous workout designed to target traditionally problematic areas: thighs, seat, abs, and arms. The class incorporates incorporates the principals of pilates in all movement and will challenge your whole body using equipment such as gliders, core balls, and light weights. Integrating my many years of experience teaching a broad range of modes, I offer a unique mix that's sure to firm, tone, stretch, and balance your body — from the crown of your head to the tips of your toes!

Once you've learned the basics, expect to sweat. You'll leave with muscles shaking and pride in how hard you worked.

Resistance & HIIT (light)

This class is perfect for anybody looking to transform their body through resistance training mixed with heart-pumping HIIT (high intensity interval training). The goal is to help you develop lean, functional muscle tone with weightlifting, and to get short bursts of high-intensity training through cardiovascular and plyo.

This class is designed for those who want build muscle, gain agility, flexibility, and cardio fitness.

Modified for all levels of fitness.

Bring a mat and light to medium weights.

Days & Time:

Resistance & HIIT training: Mondays, 9:00-9:50 am

BarreFusion: Wednesdays, 9:00-9:50 am

A BIT ABOUT ME

I’ve been teaching fitness for more than 19 years, beginning with advanced training in Stott Pilates. My focus is always on having a blast and making sure we stay tuned in to what our bodies need — alignment, body mechanics, and injury prevention are top of mind, every minute of every class. No matter what your level, you’ll enjoy my classes because I provide modifications for everybody’s unique body.
