I spent decades working to heal my digestive issues. Years dealing with severe PMS and other hormonal imbalances. Then I went back to school for integrative and functional nutrition and medicine, where I learned how our body systems impact each other, and I was finally able to put the puzzle pieces together. I was finally able to heal and live the vibrant life I knew was still waiting for me. And now, I’m on a mission to help you get to know your body, balance your hormones and to address the root cause of your symptoms before something bigger develops.

Even the subtlest of symptoms are your body’s way of telling you that something needs attention. Whether it's digestive issues, hormone imbalance, auto-immune challenges, PMS, peri-menopause symptoms, menopause symptoms, thyroid or adrenal issues, my passion is to help you figure out what will make you feel better. Not just better, but full of vitality and verve!

Functional nutrition & medicine is root cause healing.

I believe each person has the capability to heal and to thrive, no matter how complicated your challenges or how much work you've already put into it. There are many factors to illness and health issues, and the functional lens addresses all of them.

Using a counseling approach that looks at all aspects of your history and your health, I develop a clear picture of what makes you YOU and then develop a powerful therapeutic plan to generate lasting results.

The functional nutrition approach involves a series of steps to determine the treatment plan that’s just for you. It begins with taking a comprehensive look at the your whole self:

  • A comprehensive evaluation looking at medical history & symptom review

  • Medication and supplement history

  • Review of diet, lifestyle and exercise habits

  • Review of conventional lab results if applicable

  • Possible functional nutrition testing to gauge various nutrient levels and/or genetic markers to ensure there are no underlying deficiencies—tests may include hormone, gut, food sensitivity, or an OATS test.

From there, we dive into customizing a plan for you which includes recommendations on nutrition and movement, lifestyle adjustments, supplements, and much more.

I’ll help you navigate your health struggles. I’ll guide you to the sweet spot and be there every step of the way to give you a nudge when you need it, and show you how to you break through your barriers.

HOW IT WORKS &
WHAT’S INCLUDED


You’ll start by completing a detailed questionnaire and health history form, which provides us with a big-picture view of your hormones, gut, inflammation markers, and more. Once that’s complete, we’ll find a time to chat, using Zoom or the phone, so I can learn more about who you are, the current state of your health, and your goals and challenges. This will allow me to put together a customized program to address the root causes of imbalance in your body, providing you with straightforward tools you can use throughout your entire life.

Your comprehensive 3-month program includes:

  • 8 private coaching sessions [first session 90 min, seven at 45-minutes on Zoom, over the phone, or in person for locals].

    • We complete a 4-week intensive and then move toward bi-weekly sessions.

  • Completion of a functional timeline — gathering and organizing your history, from birth until present day ($450 value included in your program).

  • Customized nutrition plan that evolves with your progress and fits your day-to-day life.

  • Customized therapeutic supplement and lifestyle recommendations to match your goals.
